Nerve & Muscle Pain Is More Superficial Than You think

Some of us love when a masseur "goes deep", but for others (myself included) the idea makes us cringe. For still others, being oiled up and rubbed down nearly naked just isn't their cup of tea. Fortunately, there are better options now. With the right therapist, you don't have to even worry about any of that anymore. In the link at the bottom, Prevention magazine finally (finally) gets on board the train that we fascia therapists and aromatherapists and other holistic practitioners have been riding for a long time.

When you have nerve & muscle pain, even if it feels "deep" but it's often more superficial. In fact, do not look straight to the muscle or nerve but instead to the fascia, the thin piece overlapping tissue that literally wraps your body from head to toe, but is just under the skin's surface. It can be influenced without even taking your clothes off.

How? Neuroelectrically, this is the medium the brain uses most readily to communicate its instructions to other parts of the body. It also happens to be the medium used to transmit emotions - particularly negative ones - within and throughout your physical, emotional, and even spiritual surroundings. The effects, when dettrimental, are virtually instantaneous.

I have experience healing people from conditions that had affected their lives for years, even decades, within as little as a few minutes to a few hours. Side effects? Drugs? Prescriptions? "Homework"? Not one of these has a role in my practice!

In 2018, I received the highest instructor training possible in the Ross Emmett's Australian-origin technique called the Emmett Technique. Since then, I have learned a lot more about fascia, about energy, about functional medicine, and have trained and practiced on 5 continents. Now I'm based in San Francisco, CA. I've added to my repertoire to learn to apply fascia therapy even less invasively, using an even more refined approach that is informed by other aspects of holistic therapy that I use when appropriate to each individual client's needs and preferences. I maximize their results in a minimum of fuss. Even people who hate massages love my approach. And my shortest sessions have been as little as 5 minutes.

If I need more than 3 short sessions, I refer you out. Plain and simple.

My other holistic therapy practices and elements, some of which you can read about elsewhere on this site, are equally fast. No-B.S., low-commitment methods that do not conflict with any other therapy or medication you may be on - these are my bread and butter.

I care about getting you quick feedback, about not giving you home-based exercises to do, and I care about respecting your time. This isn't about me, this is about you being able to move on with your life, not identify with your illness or your diagnosis.

Do you feel better, or not? By the end of the session, you will literally see, hear, and feel the improvement. Not just for an hour or for a day, but forever.

Come enjoy my painless and easy healing therapy. Make a booking and give it a try. I also teach 1-day seminars on some of these finger pressure-based movements so that you can treat yourself and your loved ones or colleagues.

All that's left for you to do is make an appointment.

Your life is waiting.

Thank you,

James Poole
