This potent blend of anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal essential oils is essential in every bedroom and probably the living room too. This 100% pure therapeutic-grade blend was custom-designed to 1) reduce your susceptibility to colds and flus when applied at that first cough or throat scratch, and 2) dramatically improve your state if you're already sick, and facilitate and accelerate the healing process to get you to a resolution.


Instructions:


  1. First sign of illness: Put 3-4 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser (NOT a candle burner) and run the diffuser in the room where you and your household spend most of your time. Keep it going for at least 3-4 hours, up to twice a day + while you sleep.
  2. After the first sign: Soak a washcloth in hot water, put 4-5 drops of the blend on your chest or neck area where you feel the irritation and rub them in, then cover it with the wet hot washcloth (hot as you can stand). Breathe it in for 5-10 minutes, reheat the washcloth as needed to keep it hot.
  3. When it's really bad: Put 4-5 drops into a regular bowl, then fill the bowl with boiling water. Get a large towel you can drape over your entire head and the bowl of steamy essential oil water, and let the steam hit your face and breathe it in deeply for 5-7 minutes (being careful to not touch the hot water and not to open your eyes.). Repeat this 3-4 times a day.


Ingredients: essential oils of sandalwood, eucalyptus globulus, bergamot, orange, rosemary, peppermint, & lavender. 1-5ml bottle ≅ 100 drops or ~20-25 applications.
